7/7/19 ^^^Personal Log 001 July 2019

This is already half year 2019.  I need to stay on track with my goals.

Already I no longer smoke cigarettes and dope.  However the depression is getting to me.

What is my source of motivation?

How about losing 10 kg and be able to run 5 kg an hour by end of this month?

I need to be mentally strong.

I need to fight the down cycle.

The depression is due to too much sugar and starch.  I need to put a stop to it.

Beginning NOW no more sugar and starch except oats.
