This is already half year 2019. I need to stay on track with my goals.
Already I no longer smoke cigarettes and dope. However the depression is getting to me.
What is my source of motivation?
How about losing 10 kg and be able to run 5 kg an hour by end of this month?

The depression is due to too much sugar and starch. I need to put a stop to it.
