4/7/19 ###Day 4, failed at breakfast

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 7:00 am
  2. Exercise in the morning - No intention
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm Ate Nasi Lemak and Peanut Butter Crackers.  Ate LCHF and Super 3
  4. Do House Chores
  5. Exercise in the afternoon 
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm 
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

Today is a proper day I quit carbs.

I eat something for breakfast; 2 eggs and sambal ikan bilis.

That was the plan.  I ended eating Chicken Nasi Lemak and 4 peanut butter crackers.

I even feel like having a 3-in-1 coffee.  I think I just do that.  I want to see how far will this carbs craving take me.

I had a Nescafe Ice instead.  Suddenly the urge to smoke cigarette is there.

I thought yesterday was bad.  Today is worse.

It seems I am hooked on carbs and that is linked to cigarette.  It's dopamine at play.

I'll go easy on carbs.  Definitely I got to exercise.

I take Nicorette today and see what is the reaction.  Remember the top priority is no 3 Cs.

I should not see BJ and Colonel Coconut until next year.

This Nicorette will determine how hooked I am to carbs and nicotine.  I think nicotine is not much.  It's the carbs.

Conclusion:  For this next 10 days, I focus on cutting carbs and Nicorette (gradually).  I don't want to start smoking cigarette and dope.  The phase is over.

Stick with the plan even though there is slip up.

After chewing Nicorette, I am more at ease.  Therefore I'll chew Nicorette when I feel like eating carbs and smoking cigarette.

I got to stick to this plan:  NO SUGAR AND STARCH AND NO NICORETTE.
