12/7/19 ***Personal Log 002 July 2019

Definitely cannot be satisfied with past success.

Tomorrow - wash car and start kettlebell the King of Exercises.  I'll use the phone timer and set my rest interval to 2 minutes.

For tomorrow I just do the Russian Swing.

Next month add swimming, weighted walk and elliptical.  While swimming is 1 hour, both the walk and elliptical are just 30 minutes.  It's better for me to do short exercises than not doing at all.

After all it the minimal requirement is 30 minute a day.

I have to bear the muscle soreness for a while.

Cardio will increase the circulation of blood and nutrients to help sore muscles heal and doing cardio doesn't stress them or break them down the way weight do. ... Because when your muscles are sore it needs recovery…. For example :- you workout today and there's soreness then carry out the cardio the next day!

Note:  Wash exercise clothes immediately.  No need to soak overnight.

I will continue to save money and minimize my expenses where necessary but the Casio Mudman need to be replaced.  I make a point to save RM1000 but first I'll buy this watch.

I do need the timer for tennis and walking.  If I buy the replacement, it is a justified purchase.  Both the Casio Mudman and the Casio Tough Solar are the most practical.

I'll go ahead and buy anyway.

What I should do to cut my expenses is to stop buying supplements (except moringa and MCT Oil)  I should also scrap the idea of swimming.

Another option is to only save RM150 a month.  Better than nothing.  I think I'll do that.  RM150 is my swimming, moringa and MCT oil.  I still have RM20 as petty cash.

Let me go ahead and order the Mudman.

NO MONEY IS DESPAIRING.

Even perfume I can make do with 3:

  • Swiss Army Altitude
  • Adidas Get Ready
  • Nautica Voyage
The next perfume purchase is 3 years from now (2022).

I keep forgetting I have 2 Karrimor running tights I do not use yet.  I also have 2 running shoes and 2 compressor socks still in the box.  

I got plenty of gym bags that I do not use and an Under Armour sack bag that I don't utilize.

I also have a Camel Bak Hydration Pack that I don't use.

A bicycle and an elliptical machine too.

I have a closet of clothes that no longer fit.

Books, so many that I didn't read.

Boy, I sure know how to waste money.

Rather than keep on buying, I should utilize the things I own.  To do that I must transform myself into an Athlete4Life.

The more reason why I should not waste money on cigarette, cannabis and cunts.

I got the right idea already.  Be thin and be fast.  Then I will be healthy and happy.  All I got to do is diet and exercise.
