3/7/19 ^^^A talk with myself

I caved in after 3 days.  That means sugar craving is a very real threat.

I better be serious about this. I am having a pre diabetic symptoms like lethargy, sleepiness, inflammation, dry mouth while sleeping and sugar craving.

 The symptoms of type 2 diabetes due to high blood sugar may include:
  • Increased thirst.
  • Increased hunger (especially after eating)
  • Dry mouth.
  • Frequent urination.
  • Unexplained weight loss (even though you are eating and feel hungry)
  • Fatigue (weak, tired feeling)
  • Blurred vision.
  • Headaches.

This is my strategy:

  1. No more rice
  2. No more 3-in-1 coffee
  3. No more peanut butter
When hungry:
  1. Eat Moringa or drink tea.
  2. Keep Eclipse Mints handy
  3. Drink plenty of water
I need to lose 30 kg.  I had set my mind to conquer Mount 57.  I shall do it.  Within this next 3 months I shall make the attempt to lose 20 kg.  The remaining 3 months is to lose the remaining 10 kg.

30 kg.


It's hard to gain weight but easy to lose it.

By now I have a track record.  As of the 30th of June 2019, I had overcame my desire to smoke cigarettes and dope.  I had quit cunts too.  As a bonus I also start saving money.

The principle is the same.  I must break the addiction.  My arsenals are Moringa, MCT Oil, butter and oats.

I need 10 days to break the addiction.  I was on Day 3 and I was still hooked on sugar.  I need to persist.  Otherwise I am on my way to diabetes.

All these are about moving from NEGATIVE ONE TO ZERO.  We are nowhere near positive one yet.  I need to have control of my body.  It was under siege by sugar since the beginning.  No wonder I am experiencing obesity, inflammation, mood swing and cravings.  These are sugar related illness.

From carbs, I move to LCHF and resistant starch.


Eating Too Many Carbs. ... You may achieve great results within this carb range, as long as you eat unprocessed, real foods. But if you want to get into ketosis — which is essential for a ketogenic diet — then this level of intake may be excessive. Most people will need to go under 50 grams per day to reach ketosis.

If you want to get into ketosis and reap the full metabolic benefits of low-carb diets, going under 50 grams of carbs per day may be necessary.

I need to get to the bottom of this LCHF living if I want to be successful.

It is worth noting that I no longer have to be in the survival mode.  I am now in a position where I can design my future.

That future is 3 months from now.

  • Step 1:  Get rid of dependency on sugar and processed starch
  • Step 2:  Start eating LCHF for lunch and Resistant Starch for dinner
  • Step 3:  Follow 7 Steps to Winning
  • Step 4:  Maintain the goal to be thin and fast as a lifelong goal.
  • Step 5:  Be healthy and happy
It is getting easier.  With the 3 Cs out of the way, I can solely focus on getting rid of sugar and starch for the next 2 weeks.

I sleep exactly at 11:00 pm and wake up at 6:00 am.

Tomorrow morning I run.  Bear in mind, my goal is to be THIN first, then I'll be fast.  So all efforts is towards losing 30 kg.  That means I need to eliminate SUGAR AND STARCH.  Along the way I am eliminating OBESITY, INFLAMMATION, MOOD SWINGS AND CRAVINGS. 
 
OK, I got 10 minutes to practice VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES.
