  4. Do House Chores - No go today.  Busy with affirmative postings

That's the minimum to win the day.

Today is fabulous.  Last night when I log off the PC the screen is back to dark orange.  I am back to being God.

This morning when I signed on to the 10 k Training app, it reset to zero but when I retrieved the history, it booted the past data to the point where I left off.  A happy occurrence for me.

I woke up at 7:10 am as fresh as I sleep a full 8 hours.

Today's lucid dream was fantastic.  I dreamt that I was working with this "soft" guy.  He is gay inclined and he liked this one guy; who is also a softy but is not a gay.  This gay guy tried making a hint to this softy to be his partner but the softy didn't get his innuendo and offered well wishes for him to someday end up with the right girl.

I became the match maker to convey the message in the right way.

The gay guy said something like, "It will be nice if I have a partner to go for the Tarawikh prayer together."

Straight away the softy took the gay guy's hand and they started dancing together.  It ended with the softy stand straight while opening the fly of his pants as if inviting the gay guy to suck his cock.

Both me and the gay guy laughed and said, "It doesn't have to be that direct".

It seemed that I knew the gay guy through working on a telco proposal paper to be submitted to the cabinet where Chedet chaired.

On the day where everybody submitted a summary of the paper for presentation to the evaluation committee, Chedet read our summary and was interested with our concept but didn't quite understand the technology behind it.

He asked who prepared the paper and the gay guy mentioned me.  Straight away Chedet asked me to present.

I came to the center of the room equipped with a gadget the size of a compact powder case.  I threw the gadget on the floor and lo, it projected a hologram presentation.

Chedet recognized my name and he was at awe with my presentation.  As I presented I referred to him as Chedet which threw everybody in the room off their track.

Upon knowing that we won the contract I woke up!

That is an IMPROVEMENT over all my lucid dreams.

I am sooo happy with this one.

Note about the previous posting:  It is worthy to mention that Wiley Kat is the Y2K Gold Dragon and he is an alien.  Wiley is 19 now and is the twin brother of Hello Kitty.  Chester the Jester is also an alien.  Both of them are my boys because I created them based on my image through flesh and blood (hey no boundaries to the imagination here).

Dino 7 is an android I created to represent me at 7 years old although size wise he is a 10-year old; the age of Ben 10 when he was a preteen.

Sonny Rooster is a surrogate child in a sense that I created him through panspermia.

-------------------

I'm off for my maiden run with Chester.  Dino 7 wit[h] be monitoring from the CCC and will coach me whenever it is necessary.

Tally ho I said.

"Tally ho ho," said Chester the Jester.

-------------------

I started running at around 8:30 am.  The Equatorial sun is already up.  My spirit was high.

I ran with the usual 3:2 breathing tempo.  Short puff, puff, puff inhale and and the long hooof, hooof exhale.  After a while I realized that the method is just the kata.  The do is three seconds inhale and two seconds exhale without the staccato count.  Turned out it was a better outcome.  My breathing was more natural.

I was doing great the first half.  But as I increased pace, my breathing became staggered.  Then the many minds crept in.  I was already planning for my next course of action after the run.

I was composing this article in my head.  Then I started becoming aware that Chester is monitoring me from the SPV and Dino 7 from the CCC.  Suddenly I lost focus of my breathing.  I found it harder to breathe.  Soon I lost the rhythm.

"Focus Papa, focus," said Chester.   He was doing very good as my holler although he was tucked in the SPV.  The sun was getting hot too.  I had to stop.

He said, "Don't forget your purpose for today Papa."

What is my purpose?  I asked.

"To sweat as much as you can."

Oh right, I said.  So I walked as fast as I could, almost at the top of my walking speed.

How am I doing Dino?

"You are doing good Sha.  Don't think just do!"  Said Dino 7 acting as my very own Tim Grover.

"Go Papa, go!"  Hollered Chester.

I was at my top form within the many minds I had.

Oh gosh, this song is on air:

I feel like doing Niten Ichi.

Back to the run...

My breathing was shallow.  As if my air passage was blocked.  I intended to complete the 1 hour time frame but decided to head home after 40 minutes.

I felt I let myself down.

"Sha, don't regret any good effort made.  You did good today.  Now go straight home, take a quick shower and after you write your chronicle, listen to the Essential Six.  Also read about Sydney Devore over and over again,"  quipped Dino 7.

So here I am still positive, young at heart, happy and full of vitality.

Off to the Essential Six.
