- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate rice
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 1:30 am
That's the minimum to win the day.
I had a normal dream that God (Zero) made me a sick man so that I personally discover wellness to heal the human population.
Last night I cannot contain my desire to offload myself. It was so intense that I didn't need Pornhub. I better get a good fuck soon. I can't contain my sexual desire. Even when I am writing this I have a hard on.
This morning I coughed dark phlegm again. Not much but it is still coming out. Running helps much.
I decided to not run in the morning because by the time I finished with my Essential Six and Arise 4964 affirmation postings it is already 9:00 am. I think I have to alternate with either or in any particular time unless I have 1 hour to spare.
The good news is I am damn motivated to start work early today.
