2/7/19 ***Day 2 Hard to get fat, easy to get thin


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6.00 am
  2. Exercise in the morning - Dr appointment
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm - Super 7 + Irfan's Combo.  Had a chocolate muffin
  4. Do House Chores - Slept the whole afternoon
  5. Exercise in the afternoon - No go
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Super 7 + Pop Corn Chicken + Oats
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.

Bottom line...  I need to get into motion for me to get into the unstoppable health mode before.  I had been there.  During the 2003 kickboxing era.  The 2004 thin phase.  I was very light and agile.

I need to go back to that time, where I am healthy and happy.  I knew how it felt.  I need to get back to that moment when I was on the roll.

What does it take?  I am already on the right track.  Just be consistent and stay committed especially during the 10 days sugar detox.

By getting rid of sugar and processed starch, I am cleaning up my system.  I will be regulating blood sugar and insulin in my body.

Think about CLEANING the system and then with 16/8 fasting I get rid of the garbage through AUTOPHAGIA .

Think that [] every kilogram lost is a kilogram of toxin that caused inflammation, depression and lethargy will be eliminated.
