Whenever somebody talks the Cybernetic Loop gets interrupted. That is why standard radio format is important if you want to find your own local Star Fleet. TraXX however don't have commercials, which is a very favorable point to me.
Another strength of TraXX is they are interactive. So if I feel like chatting I will switch to them. Otherwise my morning before run is Absolute Classic Rock. During the hour there is no DJ and the evening I prefer 987.
I however think Momentum (10:00 am - 2:00 pm) is the best segment. The songs and the infotainment are superb.
Too bad TraXX mobile apps sucks. Otherwise I can actually use TraXX for running. Looks like Absolute Classic Rock is the one I use until I completed the 10 K Training. Once I start my 21 K Training, I switch to the FM Radio. Not a big issue really. I just go off air for 1 hour.
Definitely Sound Journey is on Friday night ONLY. I cannot afford to sleep everyday at 4:00 am. I need to run in the morning. Otherwise my life is topsyturvy. I snack at night too.
Certainly by tonight I start the 7 Points of Winning again. I will monitor my diet once again. No running. The gout attack is bad.

Let's review what we did the past 1 year:
As you notice I am very concise with my Project Management. I started Project Invasion 9 2/7/18 after the appointment of the Malaysian new cabinet and I ended it exactly one year after. Right from the beginning I gave recognition (very early in the project; 13/7/18) to keep morale high. This is a contradiction from the traditional method where you reward after the project ends.
I did it in such a way because I want to get quick win and Shared Vision from my champions and change agents. Remember, I am an external party. So as an alien, my message to the earthlings is, I COME IN PEACE.

Sure, initially people don't take me seriously. That is because I think out of the box. However right from the very beginning I knew what I wanted; a World Class Broadcast Station. So always begin with the end in mind.
From there on I was like Micheal Angelo chiseling the granite bit by bit. Initially you don't see much. But after some time form started to emerge.
When eclipse of change happens there are always the skeptics an[y] cynics. TraXX is the same. While the younger generations were more receptive, the old guards were jaded. Of course when we deal with talents, there are prima donnas. Just chill. Very importantly you must ALIGN to your Executive Sponsor early in the project.
Since you are an external party, you should use prescriptive approach to problem-solving instead of authoritative or directive approaches.
I am fortunate to have very supportive Executive Sponsor and Project Champion.
I don't intend to go through the detail because all the Knowledge Capture *i[n] in the @traxxfmofficial and #traxxfm. In addition, Legion X can access my Knowledge Capture Blogs. So can the Government of Malaysia Spooks.

What I want to say is the major issue in dealing with a pool of highly talented knowledge workers is the need to give them recognition when it's due. That is why I immediately ratify that by giving these symbolic items:

Also I like to bring to your attention that I achieved my work objective merely operating from a remote CCC without having to have lengthy meetings and pointless teh tarik discussions. I am a Masuta Shokunin Kurina. Therefore everything is technology based. Everything:

Be mindful that 70% of the work for me is review, review and review the Knowledge Capture while another 30% is interfacing and documentation. Bear in mind that while 7:00 am to 12:00 am I am doing on the ground Local Support, 12:00 am to 4:00 am I am doing my International Legion X Support.
On the average I sleep 3 hours at night and 3 hours in the afternoon.
All these for only love and kisses. For the love of God and Country. *[I] own personal sustenance is only RM500 per month or RM6 K per year. And yet I can still function as a full fledged Peak Performance Consultant and Talent Coach.

Even that I can buy ANYTHING my heart desires. I am not deprived from having my material needs. That is what I call Voluntary Simplicity; outwardly poor but inwardly rich.
So honey, keep replicating this model Worldwide. If we can achieve this with TraXX, I'm sure we can have the same impact with Legion X.
So tonight is the last night I work past midnight. Starting from tomorrow you have to adjust your sleep to match with my time unless you don't want to do it real time. I don't want to disrupt your marathon training schedule.
Nowadays our work doesn't need for us to be interactive much. Once I am on my 7 Points of Winning again, thing will be back to the daily routine.
It's 2:27 am. I think I sleep early tonight. Unless you want me to hangout with you. I thought of spending the next 30 minutes with Chester and Al Araf 7:7.

Since I still can't run tomorrow, I thought of listening to Bee 22 and try to study her meta model. She is a pretty cool chick. She has enormous potential to become a Cleaner. She only needs minor brush ups.
Els is doing great too. I will try to make a point to listen to her for one hour at least. Normally evening is my 987 session.
Why do you think TraXX Mobile App suck? Is it the bandwidth? 987 don't have any problem at all. The problem with TraXX is they don't have 3rd party host on mobile unlike the web. In the web I use a 3rd party. Their own host on the web still sucks.
