3/7/19 ^^^I need to quit sugar

Seriously, after consuming sweet stuff I get really sleepy.  It is as if I am allergic to sugary stuff.

I become less motivated too.

Today is Day 3, I had failed miserably.  I lost to peanut butter crackers/sandwich and at the same time the 3-in-1 coffee.

I somehow is not addicted to Nicorette. 

This is my next strategy...  I will suck Eclipse Mints whenever I have the urge to take something sweet.

I need to increase potassium. 

Need to have faith in Moringa, MCT Oil, butter and oats.  As it is, these are complete foods.

I can do away with:

  • Magnesium
  • Vitamin B Complex
  • Vitamin C
  • Black Seed Oil
  • Fish Oil
Only depends on:
  • Butter
  • Moringa
  • MCT Oil
  • Oats
The key here is to eliminate sugar and starch.  I need food that makes me stop craving for carbs.

Unless I quit sugar, I will continuously experience WEIGHT GAIN, INFLAMMATION, MOOD SWINGS AND CRAVINGS,

I have to put a stop to 3-in-1 coffee and peanut butter.
