I am meeting my Inverted Troika today. Basically I want to discuss with AlphaX64, Wiley Kat and Dino 7 matters pertaining to a sustainable Couch to 21 k Training Program. I just want to plan with them the steps I need to take so that I can run a 21 k race on my own by Saturday 21/12/19.
My thinking is to use Sydney Devore as my benchmark. Hopefully by planning ahead I can see clearly the road map I have to take.
It is very much dependent on this 1 1/2 months and how well I manage my inflammation and depression.
BJ ran 31 km last Sunday.
I have not decided to veer away from the 600 meters loop yet. I still got a long way to go. So today is more of a preliminary discussion to scope the magnitude of the task at hand.
I will keep you posted. I will be using the Mind Manager for my discussion.

The 10 k Training target for 5 k is 35 minutes. That is too fast for a novice like me. The more reason I need to lose weight fast. That seems to be the standard.
At the rate I am going, my 5 k is one hour.
There is no short cut. I have to lose weight and be consistent with my training.
