I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 10:00 am
- Exercise in the morning - No go
- Eat 16/8 starting 12:00 pm - Had 3-in-1, bun and orange juice for breakfast
- Do House Chores - Did that
- Exercise in the afternoon
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Today's lucid dream is fabulous. I dreamt I am the owner of an animation studio and I hired many animators. I also made animation movies and own monstrous size amusement parks. Parents can leave their children there and in exchange they will ride bicycles across the country. When they want to keep in touch with their kids, they do it via holograms.
Finally I dreamed of the future!
I think I experience that because I had enough sleep.

It is important for me to keep my imagination alive and not have any depression.
As of now this blog will be fully fueled by my imagination sliced with my personal thought on anything.
I might as well consider that I am merely entertaining the passing thoughts that I have and nothing more. Whether I am God or a man fully functioning is immaterial. The key here is to write whatever that crossed my mind.

Right now the prevailing thought is to develop energy and strength through diet and exercise to be thin and fast so that I'll be healthy and happy.
So be it.
That is the immediate outcome. energy and strength. Without both I cannot produce the right output. Again energy and strength come from proper diet and exercise.
I have to be mindful that these are my negative markers:
- Sugar and starch
- Inflammation and depression
- Sleepiness, Laziness, Inertia and Procrastination (SLIP)
These are my Erroneous Eight. If I can abolish all eight I will win my Battle of Sabit Sickle:
