I managed to sleep for 2 hours.  Very refreshing indeed.

So now for me to slowly move from dependence to independence to interdependence.

Then I leave them alone.  It is important at this point to not overload them with too much information.

Therefore I just give them enough for them to taste the nectar without sugar loading them with too much of the good stuff.
