12/7/19 ###Day 12. It's Friday again!


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 7:10 am
  2. Exercise in the morning - Brisk Walk
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm - Splendid lunch,  Had 3-in-1 coffee
  4. Do House Chores - Fold clothes
  5. Exercise in the afternoon - Taking a break
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had carbs in the afternoon.  Oats for dinner
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm 
That's the minimum to win the day.


I'm going for a brisk walk this morning.  Chester is not joining because he wanted to read instead.

"What should I read first Ayah?"  Asked Chester with his doting voice.  Something about the way he pronounced ayyaah? that melts my heart.

I forgot, he is not from our universe.  So he is not familiar with the sequence of the books arranged in the CCC,  Right after I explained the order, he straight away went after Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins.

He is like me Sarah.  He reads the back cover first.  Then he flipped the first few pages and smell the book.  Then he flipped the pages from front to end before reading the table of content.  After that he read every fine detail.  Very much absorbed by the book to care about anything else.

He walked to Naga Naga and uses it as his backrest while the mystical beast curls in a U shape to create the cushion effect.  It's a Do Not Disturb for him I presume by the look of it.

They look adorable together.


Certainly Chester brings back my childhood memories.  Such bright eyes.  He reads like a photostat machine.  Making copy of each page carefully without batting an eye lid.

I better get going baby.  I'm already late for my morning walk.
