I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 10:00 am
- Exercise in the morning - No go
- Eat 16/8 starting 12:00 pm - Super 7 and Nasi Van's Combo
- Do House Chores - No go
- Exercise in the afternoon - No go
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate plenty of carbs in the afternoon. Ate Moringa and oats for dinner
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot.
That's the minimum to win the day.
Although I slept the whole day yesterday and I woke up at 6:00 am today, I decided to continue sleeping late and see what happens.
Something marvelous [] while I was listening to the Disney Piano Collection yesterday. It put me to sleep, but not the usual sleep. More like a trance.
I can sense the feel good juice being produced in my brain. It was like a gush of sweet water being squirted inside my head. I also had pleasant dreams last night and this morning.
So I concluded that music is the therapy towards my recovery.
Weight is steadily declining. Day One, I ate banana. Day Two, I ate chocolate muffin. So day Three, I am totally sticking to my plan to eat oats and Eclipse Mints.
I dropped from 90.5 kg to 88.9 kg.
These past few days I let my schedule flows with my mood. I am not being lazy or anything. I just want to experiment what's its like to go with the flow.

This is a good time to remind myself that my journey is to be thin and fast. To do that I need to reduce weight and start being active. So no sugar and starch. Stick to the Super 7 and LCHF.
Then I start to add exercise today.
Again, no hurry. I want to enjoy this journey. The most important KPI is weight reduction.
