[] the Flow Diagram above and if you refer to Autonomous Governance and the Zen of Personal Bliss, you will notice that the vision of Sparta 4964 is a Personal Vision. We don't focus on the vision of the masses. The idea is individuals must acquire Personal Mastery FIRST before they can achieve Interpersonal Competency.
No point having a Shared Vision if the individuals themselves are not aligned. Naturally if the individuals are aligned then the community will automatically be aligned.
Just like the human body, the health of the person is determined at the cellular level. Healthy cells means healthy tissues. Healthy tissues means healthy organs. Healthy organs means healthy systems. Finally healthy systems means healthy body.
The same applies to organizations. As stated by the Second Paradox Principle:
To build an enterprise focus on individual.
You notice that once the individual is aligned to his purpose; which is to be a man fully functioning, naturally he will be *
[feel] empowered to expand his talents into other areas of improvements. He becomes a giver because he got his cup filled to the brim. Now is to cascade that overflowing talents to others.

Humans are natural givers when their needs are taken care. It is always WIIFM first, then only we can extend ourselves to others.
Hence, we should spend our waking ours on improving our own well being. Naturally when we are good at what we do, we want to help others excel too.
That's why I keep my world small. The more microscopic is my world the broader my mental horizon. That is also the reason why sage lives in isolation. Only by being with your thoughts you draw from the wisdom within.
All those External Affairs are pale in comparison to what I have to achieve as an individual. Look at me; I am a Masuta Shokunin Kurina when comes to External Affairs (coaching and consulting for example) but I am a Sloth when comes to defeating SSIDSLIP.
So until we win Private Victory, we should not attempt to win Public Victory. To do that we need

My Battle of the Sabit Sickle is a battle within. We all have to slay our own dragons. Mine is the eight-headed hydra.
While doing that I have to bear in mind that I need to be a Cleaner with a big heart. Otherwise I can ended being a narcissist in my pursuit of personal excellence.
