I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 11.45 am 
  2. Exercise in the morning - No go
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm - Ate Nasi Van and Super 7
  4. Do House Chores - No go
  5. Exercise in the afternoon - No go
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Eat Mringa and oats.  Added banana.
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.


The kickoff of Sharudin 2.0 started with a commitment of eating ri[n]g[]:

  • No sugar and starch
  • No Nicorette
  • No 3-in-1  coffee
  • No peanut butter sandwich
This is the test whether I manage to control my dopamine after I quit smoking for 6 months.

As for exercise, no hurry.  Last night I slept late and I need to recover from tennis the day before.

My battle is with sugar and starch.



I need 10 days to get rid of the sugar craving.
