I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 11.45 am 
  2. Exercise in the morning - No go
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 12:00 pm - Ate Nasi Van and Super 7
  4. Do House Chores - No go
  5. Exercise in the afternoon - No go
  6. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Eat Mringa and oats.  Added banana.
  7. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.


The kickoff of Sharudin 2.0 started with a commitment of eating ri[n]g[]:

  • No sugar and starch
  • No Nicorette
  • No 3-in-1  coffee
  • No peanut butter sandwich
This is the test whether I manage to control my dopamine after I quit smoking for 6 months.

As for exercise, no hurry.  Last night I slept late and I need to recover from tennis the day before.

My battle is with sugar and starch.



I need 10 days to get rid of the sugar craving.



1/7/19 ^^^Road to Simplicity 2019 Introduction

My main objective here is to be thin  and fast by TOTALLY avoiding sugar and starch.

Also here is where I will be enforcing the Red Formula to the fullest especially when comes to food; which is 80% of the reason why we are unhealthy.


18/1/19 The Red Formula   So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.


If I can implement the Red Formula in this next 3 months especially by not taking sugar and starch, I am on my way to health and happiness.

Sugar and starch are the cause of my obesity, inflammation, mood swings and cravings.

For the next 3 months I shall live by the insight of Jack Lalane.  With this philosophy he had lived to be 96.

Exercise is king, nutrition is queen.  When you put them together you have a kingdom - Jack Lalane

Hold on to life as long as you can because once your time is up all that you lived for no longer have meaning - Sharudin Jamal.

Yes indeed.  The emphasis is on food while slowly building the momentum towards an active lifestyle.

My goal is 57 kg.  I however is going to take the slow train to China getting there.  I want to enjoy the process but never lose sight of my priority, which is the abstinence from sugar and starch.

That means I am looking at end December to achieve my two goals.

Focus on the process, not on the result.
